Last Community Guidelines
These Guidelines summarize Last's user-facing conduct and content standards.
1. Adults only
Last is for users 18 and older. Do not create/use an account if you are under 18. Do not knowingly pursue romantic/sexual interaction through Last with someone you know or suspect is under 18.
2. Be authentic
Use your own identity/account and photos that depict you. Do not impersonate another person, transfer/sell/share an account, use fake/stolen/generated identity content to misrepresent yourself, or evade verification/safety controls.
Last requires two camera-only bound photos for ordinary active membership and may require replacement of a photo that fails the applicable same-person or content rules.
3. No exploitation, scams, harassment, or coercion
Last has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, cyberstalk, surveil, or track anyone; do not keep contacting a person who has blocked you or asked you to stop; do not intimidate, exploit, coerce, extort, sextort, defraud, or solicit money deceptively; do not publish or threaten to publish anyone's private information or intimate images, or record or disclose them without authorization; do not drug, assault, rob, confine, or otherwise commit a crime against a person you met through Last, on or off the app; do not engage in hate speech or unlawful discrimination, threaten violence, or promote violent extremism; and do not advertise, spam, recruit for unauthorized commercial activity, or use Last for illegal or non-consensual conduct. Zero tolerance describes Last's policy and how enforcement is designed to work; it is not a promise that every incident will be detected.
4. Sexual content and intimate images
Profile photos may not contain prohibited adult nudity, intimate anatomy, or sexual activity under the applicable image-content standard. Swimwear, shirtless, underwear, and lingerie images are not prohibited solely because they fall into those categories.
Never post/share an intimate image of another person without that person's consent. NCII requests use the specialized in-app/public workflow and may result in prompt image removal before punitive attribution is decided.
5. Child sexual abuse and exploitation
Child sexual abuse/exploitation, sexual content involving minors, trafficking/procurement, enticement/grooming, and related conduct are strictly prohibited. Last reports apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law and cooperates with lawful child-safety and law-enforcement processes.
6. Respect intellectual property
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Copyright reports/counter-notices follow the public Copyright Policy. Takedown receipt alone is not automatically a punitive finding; the repeat-infringer process governs product consequences.
7. Reporting categories
Current specialized reporting includes Child sexual exploitation, Intimate image shared without consent, Copyright, and Nudity or sexual content in addition to the applicable ordinary report categories. Report submission alone is not automatically a punitive finding.
Knowingly false NCII/CSAM reports can result in the false-report sanctions in the Terms of Use (a 100-day suspension, then a permanent ban) after a human determination. Unverified does not mean false.
8. Participation and product rules
Last is designed for active participation and may enforce the published opener/reply/message-floor, date, no-show/late-cancellation, profile-completeness, and other user-facing participation categories. Safety exits, valid reports, blocks, and penalty-free Turbo No actions do not become misconduct merely because they end a relationship.
9. Blocks, reports, and safety
A block makes the pair mutually unavailable on live/interactive peer surfaces subject to the limited cause-neutral archive/report rules. A report may permanently sever the pair where the applicable report-severance rule applies. Last does not reveal reporter identity to the reported person.

10. Enforcement
Last may warn, restrict features, waitlist, suspend, remove content, deny admission, or impose finite/permanent access sanctions only under the moderation and participation rules in the Terms of Use. These Guidelines add no separate penalties.
