Last Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards
Elysian Studios LLC prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation and operates the member-facing dating Service only for adults 18 and older.
1. Prohibited conduct/content
Last prohibits child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving a minor, apparent child sex trafficking, enticement/grooming of a minor for sexual activity, sexual exploitation of a minor, and use of Last to facilitate such conduct.
Members may not knowingly interact romantically or sexually through Last with a person they know or suspect is under 18.
2. Age and access controls
New accounts must pass the applicable adult identity-verification process before ordinary active membership. On every app launch, before login or sign-up, Last also requests the platform's age signal (Google Play's on Android and Apple's Declared Age Range on iOS) and keeps only that session's allow-or-block decision, never the signal itself. An under-18 signal blocks new-account creation and ordinary access and routes an existing account to restricted underage review rather than silently granting product access.
3. Reporting
Members can report Child sexual exploitation through the in-app profile/conduct reporting surfaces. The report acts on a single report rather than waiting for ordinary multi-reporter thresholds.
Qualifying child-safety reports immediately hide applicable profile material and may place the reported account into a non-punitive report hold while the restricted child-safety review proceeds.
4. NCMEC / law enforcement
Last handles apparent child sexual exploitation through its restricted child-safety process, preserves material as required, and reports apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) / CyberTipline as required by law. Last cooperates with law enforcement and valid legal process as required or permitted by law.
Last has adopted participation in NCMEC Take It Down and the configured authoritative prohibited-image hash processes as made available. A Take It Down hash match triggers removal/review but does not, by itself, establish offender guilt; analyst-confirmed CSAM sources follow their separately applicable confirmed-CSAM handling.
5. Review and appeals
CSAM-class material is never sent to Anthropic. Access is restricted, review access is logged, and human reviewers can reclassify a report regardless of an automated/hash result.
A confirmed CSAM permanent ban is appealable, but the ban and content block remain in force until a human reviewer affirmatively decides the appeal. Mandatory preservation/reporting duties continue while an appeal is pending.
6. False reports
A member report is not automatically a punitive finding. A human determination that a member knowingly filed a false CSAM report is subject to the false-report rule in the Terms of Use. Unverified does not mean false.
7. Contact / emergency
Use the in-app child-sexual-exploitation report path for material encountered on Last. For an immediate danger, contact emergency services/law enforcement. General legal inquiries: [email protected].
