USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Service to:
- harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, intimidate, exploit, coerce, defame, engage in hate speech or unlawful discrimination against another person, threaten violence, or promote violent extremism;
- stalk, cyberstalk, surveil, or track another person, or continue to contact a person who has blocked you or asked you to stop, on or off the Service;
- threaten, extort, or sextort any person, or publish or threaten to publish another person's private information or intimate images;
- record, photograph, or disclose another person's intimate images, private communications, or personal information without authorization;
- drug, assault, rob, confine, or otherwise commit a crime against a person you met through the Service, or use the Service to plan or facilitate such conduct;
- knowingly interact romantically or sexually with a person you know or suspect is under 18 through the Service;
- create a fake, misleading, duplicate, transferred, or impersonating account or profile;
- upload photos that do not depict you or content you do not have the right to use;
- solicit money, financial credentials, investments, gifts, payments, or other transfers from members in a deceptive, coercive, or unauthorized manner;
- advertise, spam, recruit, promote commercial services, or conduct unauthorized commercial activity;
- distribute another member’s profile, photos, identity, or private conversations outside the Service without authorization;
- use the Service for an illegal, fraudulent, coercive, exploitative, or non-consensual purpose;
- engage in, facilitate, advertise, or encourage human trafficking, including sexual exploitation or forced labor, or aid, abet, or encourage the abuse or exploitation of any person;
- evade a block, report severance, suspension, ban, verification requirement, geographic restriction, account limit, or security control;
- automate swipes, likes, messages, reports, account creation, or other interactions without written authorization;
- access or attempt to access data, accounts, systems, or resources you are not authorized to access;
- scrape, crawl, spider, data mine, probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, overload, flood, spam, mail-bomb, or circumvent the Service, its security, rate limits, or access controls;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- collect other members’ personal information or User Content for unauthorized purposes; or
- use the Service or its content to compete directly with Last or to solicit for unauthorized commercial, political, or religious purposes.
Last may investigate complaints, suspected abuse, security incidents, infringement, or unauthorized use. Any account access by Last personnel or contractors is subject to the Privacy Policy, internal authorization, and applicable law.

3. No exploitation, scams, harassment, or coercion
Last has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, cyberstalk, surveil, or track anyone; do not keep contacting a person who has blocked you or asked you to stop; do not intimidate, exploit, coerce, extort, sextort, defraud, or solicit money deceptively; do not publish or threaten to publish anyone's private information or intimate images, or record or disclose them without authorization; do not drug, assault, rob, confine, or otherwise commit a crime against a person you met through Last, on or off the app; do not engage in hate speech or unlawful discrimination, threaten violence, or promote violent extremism; and do not advertise, spam, recruit for unauthorized commercial activity, or use Last for illegal or non-consensual conduct. Zero tolerance describes Last's policy and how enforcement is designed to work; it is not a promise that every incident will be detected.
